Syed Mumtaz Akhtar son of late Dr. Syed Akhtar Ahmed, husband of Anees Ishrati, father of Syed Samad Ishrati, Rabab Ishrati, Kulsum Ishrati. Brother of Syed Kazim Akhtar.

Funeral prayers will be held on Saturday, October 26th after Dhuhr salat at IEC Husaini, Glendale Heights, IL. Burial will take place at Valley of Peace, Elmhurst, IL, following funeral prayers.

Please recite Surah Fatiha and salatul Wahshat-e-Qabr for the Marhoom.

We beseech Allah (SWT) through the tawassul of Ahl ul-Bayt (as) grant the deceased the highest rank in Paradise. May Allah (SWT) grant the family patience during this difficult time of loss.
